And so I sort of transformed this idea that there's something wrong with me to...

I can accept myself for who I am and I trust life, right?

So I was living in this consistent fear that I wasn't good enough.

But as I was forced to confront that, it became the resistance training for a development of an unshakable faith that's been building inside of me.

Faith in myself, faith in my higher power, faith in life.

Mm-hmm.

And I think that's one of the things that I came here to learn.

I'm a big believer that we sort of choose what our outcome is as we come in.

And we're born to parents who will set us up for that journey.

There are experiences that are almost predestined in our life that occur.

I very much see it as a resistance training module that we go through in order to become the opposite of the environment that we were born into in these original core programs.

So we were born into the contraction

which some people might describe as the shadow side.

And, uh, and at some point it becomes unbearable.

Yes.

And we start seeking a solution to it and we transform that shadow into what some people might describe as the light, which is the expansive energy.

And then we ultimately become who we came here to become.

Yes.

Correct.

Which is also okay.
