Now, does eating close to bedtime touch on our circadian rhythms?
Like, does it change our ability to, like, have a normal structured sleep schedule based on light?
Suppose someone's listening and they're listening to your advice.
They buy in, you know, but there's this sort of thing with health where it's like, eh, I'll do it tomorrow.
And they feel that they wake up genuinely hungry late at night.
And what's the big deal?
I'll just snack at 2 a.m.
when I wake up for a second.
How bad is that for you?
Like, what would you tell someone who's sort of listening but going to continue to do it anyway?
Is there, I know this article I read kind of summarizing this research didn't mention it, but alcohol before bed, is there any good advice there?
I know the general advice is try to limit it, but is a two to three hour rule apply there as well?
