So I guess but I mean don't Amazon could take over.
But but but the the the point that you're bringing up is that there's a tension between what OpenAI and Anthropic want out of the next six months to a year uh from an economic standpoint and what Donald Trump and Wall Street need.
So I've I've already described what open AI and Anthropic want.
They want to slow things down and try to cartelize and and and figure out a way to uh to build that
models out.
That's OpenAI and Anthropics MO.
But Donald Trump's MO is to keep the stock market high.
And keeping the stock market high means continuing to engage in these capital expenditures on data centers and things of that nature.
Right now, that's the thing that's propping up the economy.
That's the only source of real growth.
And so Wall Street wants to speed up in the same way and for the
Same financial incentives that OpenAI and Anthropic want to slow down.
And that's a real tension here that uh can't really be reconciled.
Somebody's not going to get what they want.
And uh uh so so that's I think uh at the heart of this as well.
One of them, Valerie Fouche in North Carolina, she was basically saved in her reelection from a progressive challenger by AI packs.
Um uh and so yeah that's that's gonna be a real a real problem.
And and you know, I mean I think that uh Democrats and and politicians more broadly, uh they really like the idea that they get to go to Washington and save the world, right?
Like this is why it's on their radar screen.
Uh, you know, uh this is this is what I this is what I signed up for.
