Yeah, I mean, I think that this is the function of, as it often is in these things, as you know, and I've reported on them for a while, you have to get one really dedicated person to start coordinating people.
So there's this woman named Kay Sharaf.
She's from Bloomington, Minnesota.
She was a franchisee.
After four years, her business went bust, her and her husband.
She was a dentist in Yemen and came over here and was a real estate agent and then became
A franchisee and lost all this money and decided to call other franchisees to see if this was happening to them.
And there was this great, almost liberating feeling when she realized this wasn't about her because she was constantly told by the parent company, oh, you're just not doing a you're not working hard enough.
You're not doing a good enough job.
Look at everybody else.
They're all doing fantastic.
You should be doing better.
When she actually called the other franchisees and contacted them, none of them were doing well either.
And she started what is now, I believe, a 29-part YouTube series about this.
And halfway through, she got a cease and desist from the company.
And they said, we're going to terminate your franchise if you don't take this stuff down.
She said, great, I'm losing $10,000 a month on the franchise.
Please take this down.
And so I think you have to have those determined people to organize.
And she was the one who really got everybody together and coordinated everybody on these FTC complaints.
