Um, and I was having O C D and suicidal thoughts and depression at the time and I was self harming as a kid.

And the cannabis and psychedelics helped.

So i the self harm in a sense

was somewhat healed, but it was also s perhaps somewhat um accentuated by cannabis and psychedelics.

uh just suppressing it, particularly, yeah, just with other aspects of my life and my identity.

I'm bisexual as well and so

At the time I didn't know who to be.

I thought I had to be gay or straight.

And that was really challenging as a kid.

Really it was until my thirties.

And you know, I'm now in a

monogamous heterosexual relationship.

And I'm a proud bisexual man.

And both of those
