What does a person need?

What do I want them to think about me?

Am I a good clinician?

Am I a good coach?

You know, what what kind of review are they gonna give?

So all of that's c coming through me.

And so whether a clinician or a coach, we've got to be super tuned in to

What's happening inside of us?

In a work.

Self awareness being embodied.

Um, understanding our shadow, our triggers, our biases, counter transference.

So that could be a clinician.

But it could also be a coach.

So, in a sense, I'm seeing that as being shared mutual competencies that a human working with another human

Consciously, ethically, needs to have those skills.

So that's why I wanted the co the course to include both types of practitioner.
