There there's a term in

D B T, dialectical behavioural therapy, uh this idea of exquisite sensitivity, I believe it is, where the person with a personality disorder, 'cause D B T's a really effective technique for that, has exquisite sensitivity.

life to others, to sensations, to stimuli.

And

Part two of that is radical acceptance.

So that has more like normalizing.

Um coming to terms with embracing of

our radical, our um kind of exquisite sensitivity.

But it is that noticing.
