Or there's some shame around things that I've done in my life, my past, you know, m maybe be going into rehab or breaking the law, going to prison, whatever it might be.
So
A lot comes up for people.
And
I have been thinking a lot around
Gosh.
That could be the perfect opportunity for psychedelics to help somebody.
Feel that, hold that, bring awareness to that, that exquisite noticing.
Exquisite sensitivity.
To whatever's coming up in that person from a place of love.
Una acceptance.
And of of wanting to give it space.
To let it communicate.
to let it move forwards to flow into whatever comes next, to be held, supported, and then to take the time after that days, weeks, months.
So just stay with that person to help them figure out what comes next.
