Most psychedelics are not going to be addictive at all.

terrible or challenging experiences and not something that you'd want to do too often.

But for something like ketamine in particular, it can be.

And and ketamine addiction is a is a real problem, particularly in Britain right now.

So those are just three basic things.

I think other really important things to be talking about, you'd want to get in paper.

Any medical conditions you've been diagnosed with, particularly cardiac issues, particularly using M D Ma.

Anyone's thinking about using ibogaine, that is a hundred percent they need a medical assessment and cardiac monitoring for during dosing.

So that needs to happen in a medical facility.

Uh I'd also be looking, you know, at their sleep cycle as well, how that's been, diet, um, and any other medications and supplements they're taking, particularly looking at antidepressants or benzos.

Uh if there's a yes to that then I would want to work with a

pharmacist or psychiatrist to s to assess that before working with them.

It's not for me to decide.

Um so those are just some basics.

Um and then yeah, family support for me is a basic.

So having family.

friends and some kind of enough

Physical sustenance, so routines.
