I'll come in, we'll drink some tea together.

Um we'll have some music in the background.

You can lie down, you can sit up, maybe you can walk into a into the garden, sit on a bench, do some yoga, do some journaling, whatever that might be, that I can do.

But when you're still in an active acute stage of in a sense, you could call it intoxication.

You could also call it being in an extraordinary or non ordinary state of consciousness.

Um, that's where I can't be with you because it's beyond my license or scope of practice.

So for our own both mutual best interests, I need to wait until that's passed.

Some people do that.

But it's a r it's a really tricky one and that's why if we had proper facilities

with in a sense what's called rotating coverage.

Then we can have a scaled system.

of working with people.

So the psychiatrist is there for the prescribing, the monitoring.

The nurse will do the the heart rate, the pulse.

Um you'll have do the administration with the nurse, then you'll have a coach

trained and competent for the actual medicine session and then maybe a therapist will come come in if they're having a challenging experience.

And then it's really nice as a therapist to be able to work with them as they're coming down the tail doing the integration work.

At the very beginning.
