Um understanding transpersonal states and and psychology is really important.
So Stan Groff is one of the
uh kind of main folks that spoke about that, you know, from the the sixties onwards and holotropic breath work in particular, um, is also really fascinating.
So he did that book

Um, has written some great books about microdosing more recently, but there was a book in
Maybe ten, fifteen years ago he wrote, I can't remember the name of it.

And I love that because it's his personal experience of being a doctor.
