And of course, you know, two weeks later I'm five times as interested in it as I was before I started.

I mean, we were talking about desirable difficulties, things that make learning more difficult.

And so far, this this kind of first, let's say, like first run of research on AI looks terrible from that respect.

There was an MIT study that got a lot of headlines talking about brain rot, how using chat GPT will rot your brain.

But there was actually more nuance in the study.

So these MIT students had to write essays on different topics, and they were broken up into groups.

One group had to just write using their brains.

And one group had right using chat GPT.

They could use chat GPT.

They didn't have to.

And they write on these topics.
