You might think I'm violating it, but I swear I'm not.
Okay.
Because I'm not telling any of the people involved and that's the key.
And no one involved in this will listen to this nor will it get to them.
So my weekend was 100% of service.
We had a thing on Friday night.
I had to drive to sit through.
I had a volleyball game.
Then I had a birthday party.
I had to drive someone out there.
Then I'd sit in my car for an hour and a half while someone was at a birthday party.
Then there was a show, a thing.
I mean, it was the whole weekend.
And I found myself wanting to call attention to what a sacrifice I had been making.
That was my instinct.
Mm-hmm.
And that I wanted it to be known that I hadn't done anything I wanted to do this weekend.
Right.
And I remembered my great therapist, Mark, telling me, listen, as a man, you can think this, but you shan't say this.
You shan't ever say, what about me?
