And he's gone particularly after late night comic and satirist Jimmy Kimmel.

And Brendan Carr is saying, well, maybe that was the wrong adjudication.

Maybe they shouldn't have been given that characterization.

Maybe we shouldn't have allowed them to have that leeway.

They're biased, and we're acting on behalf of the American people, which tired of having anti-Trump, anti-conservative decisions being made in New York and in Los Angeles.

They're very important for their financial model.

And for the TV division of the Walt Disney Company.

By taking action, which the FCC has done, that is an attempt to get ABC's attention.

Disney's lawyers describe it as like the sword of Damocles hanging over ABC.

That is its threat is right above you at any moment.

And either you modify how you're characterizing the president, how you cover him, or they're gonna take away.

These television stations that are just minting money.

Tomorrow seems to be signaling, look, we have the merits on our side and it's a consequential question.

So I'm gonna stand up for the first amendment.

This very much affects our bottom line.
