So the actual ending for Agamemnon was altered in a way that really reflects the divine law and the effect of consequences for its violation. matched

And so it is very interesting to me that once you see this pattern in the movie, it's very difficult to unsee it. matched

And time and time again, you will see a choice made for expedience and ends justify the means choice, but there's always a price to be paid. matched

Even at the very end where he's talking about how he's asking people who are going to Hades to tell his men, like to try to reconcile Odysseus with the men that he was not able to bury, again, a violation of the law, right? matched

That he still felt a consequence. matched

He still felt that there was something left undone. matched

And so the whole movie to me was just a really fascinating exploration and sort of the cost and consequence of pride and willfulness. matched

And just beautifully, I thought that confession, and I hadn't even thought of the screen between him and Penelope. matched

until you said it, but it makes it an even more sort of beautiful image and moment, is that moment of confession is actually one of the most powerful and unexpected parts of the entire film. matched

He does in the whole Batman trilogy too. matched
