Obviously, it turns a lot of people off by calling them Trump accounts.

But the idea is right.

Social Security needs to flip into being a 401k for everyone tomorrow.
We have five years till Social Security is bankrupt.

Like that's what the CBO says is going to happen.

When you look at how much is going to get paid out and what the pay-in rate is, Social Security runs out of money in five years.
We should be flipping.
It's got $2.7 trillion in it today, that account.
It's a fucking treasury.
But they should sell that treasury.
They should take that cash, and they should go buy the S&P 500.
And then everyone that has Social Security should get an account, and they should get their money, and it should buy the S&P.
And it can also buy private stock and it can also buy whatever.
If the federal government is now going to go and set up a private equity account, a sovereign wealth account to buy assets in private companies.
