I've got them here.
Could guess them if you want.
Ange Postacoglu.
Giovanni Van Bronckhorst.
Dick Advocate.
I can't remember anybody else.
in a year's time Martin will review it again and I think the majority of the Celtic fans generally would be alright with Martin O'Neill sticking on for another season
Is there anyone outside of that that you think... As Mark said earlier on, you would imagine Celtic have been speaking to people and have been looking at all the potential candidates.
I mean, Robbie Keane is 100% a candidate, or has been.
He's obviously away from Ferenc Farros now.
Craig Bellamy is someone who Celtic know.
I think he's admired within the coaching world, and
he's not had a club job yet he's obviously done what he's done with Wales so I think in that sense it would be a gamble to throw him straight in I know he did work with Vincent Kompany at Burnley and stuff like that but there will be other candidates there will be other people at Celtic have spoken to and you don't need to have just had a six month loan spell at the end of the season to
they've been linked with a job yeah exactly it's got a strange quirk that there's literally two guys that I know have the same scenario the same scenario came very high profile at the time but yeah I agree I think that if Mark McNeill is sitting down with Dermot Desmond I would imagine after everything that's happened it's a two way conversation it's not as simple as you're getting out you're not I think they have to have a conversation about
where he feels does he have the energy does he have the support network is he going to get the backing as well because if you're Martin O'Neill I mean everybody seems to think that this is just he does want the job and I'm now of an opinion he does but I dare say he does want assurances as well because I think this sort of kind of stand-in teacher thing that he's had going on for the last few months has to end because he will be judged
on his own merits he's not just in if he does get the job full time he's not just in to do Celtic a favour anymore it's his team he has to be his own stamp on it it comes down to recruitment it comes down to the way they play so I would imagine he would be going to the board to say well see if you're selling Arnie Engels and you're selling Dyson Maida I need that money to spend and reinvest in the squad because just because Celtic want a double doesn't mean to say they don't need to improve their squad they don't need to improve their infrastructure behind the scenes in terms of recruitment all those issues still remain and if you're any manager whether it's
just in terms of moving from Hull to Liverpool and I think Sunderland were in for him at one stage and Burnley as well and I think he maybe felt at that time he could do with another step but Jurgen Klopp and I think it was a Liverpool scout that really saw some potential in him and nine years he's won everything there and I think he'll just leave as a club legend but it's interesting because I think a lot of stories intertwined here because Spurs are one of the clubs that do want to sign him this summer it was all going to hinge on whether Spurs stayed in the Premier League they have done and what a move that could be from this summer if that goes through
