Well, I was supposed to be and there was a uh down in the basement they would cook the meal and they they c they was they called it a dumb waiter that would bring the food up and

You had this menu that had tons and tons of stuff on it.

Fried chicken, you name it.

Somehow I don't see this.

No, no, and I don't either.

So I kept getting that menu smaller and smaller and smaller.

And it got to be if you could find a hamburger, you were in good shape.

I never forget my supervisors saying, David, have you got this thing down to where you can run it yet?

You know, because uh I doubt I I

did but I hated the restaurant business.

Oh by the way, anybody in the restaurant b business, God bless you, that's hope you have a love for it and that's good.

Because someone could have a love for it just like they think, what in the world are you doing as a merchant and having a love for keeping up with all of this merchandise that we have?

And the guy said, Well let's make clocks.

I said, Nah, if we're gonna make something let's make these little frames, you know.

And uh none of us had any money.

So uh and so one of the guy we knew that we had that we didn't have any money.

We had to go to the bank and borrow the money.

So the bank was in the shopping center that was in and we borrowed six hundred dollars and so

Here we go and uh By the way, one of the guys backed out.

One of the guys wouldn't go.
