And he is talking about a scenario which he calls the air pocket scenario, which as supply is restricted from the Strait of Hormuz, it's like a scarcity air pocket that affects energy.

Some of these factors are not in Trump's control, but it seems like he's getting the narrative right, at least for the market right now.
