So I saw some people tweeting a couple weeks ago, like, remember when everyone bought Mac minis for OpenClaw?
But all of the replies were, but it's still my favorite computer I own and I don't regret buying it.
So Apple is in this kind of unique position where it's like people are starting to sort of toy with this idea of local models.
You know, maybe the M4 Mac Mini was not the fastest local model runner on the planet, but
People see a day in the future where they will relinquish their chains from Anthropic and Open AI, and they're gonna be able to run mini Macs or whatever on their 512 gigabyte Mac Studio.
So I feel like Apple's kind of just dipping their toe in that market and being like, we know people want this, and it's an aspirational idea to be able to unchain yourself from OpenAI and Anthropic.
Maybe we can kind of sell to those.

They do keep upping the amount of RAM that they can have on these things.
So I think they're trying to court those people.
