They play in a high energy tempo that I think would be what Manchester United would want.

There'll be other jobs in the summer as well.

Obviously, Tottenham's going to be available.

So there's going to be a lot of clubs for him.

It's just a case of what's right for him.

You know, he's done such a great job at Bournemouth and I hope he stays because I love the club.

But I can also see the opportunities there.

Marco Silva's in a very similar position.

Two very good managers have got interesting decisions to make.

And some really good young players on that side.
