I said the other day, and he's gotten a couple hits since then, but I said the other day he was 13 for his last 27 at one point, which would be great except for it started off with 12 for 12.

So not exactly what you want.

But a couple weeks ago, the hitting, the 12 for 12 was great.

The fact that he's shown he can play shortstop, I think, means he's a big utility guy.

Because if you can play, there's so much value in being able to do that.

Especially, and I don't know what Garcia's hand thing is going to be long term.

I don't know if it is long term.

I don't know if this is just something they're going to go look.

The season's shot.

We can only find out he's hurt when he's playing, and we can't do anything until he gets hurt, and then he gets hurt every time he fouls the ball off, this is shot, whatever.

But it could be a chronic thing.

I don't know.

Well, I'm talking about from the shortstop perspective.

But, yes, the training staff is an issue as well.

But Tolbert's ability to play shortstop, I think, makes him a big leaguer because he steals bases at an incredible rate.

He might not have the best instincts.

There needs to be some work there for sure.

But what he does well, I think he does well enough that if he's the 26th man on the roster, I think he fits.

I think you can win with that.

He can't be the 13th position player.
