Look, it doesn't change anything.

We all know that.

But it's nice to watch.

It's nice to watch winning baseball.

I wouldn't say it's good baseball.

I don't think they've played particularly well to win 5 of 6, which could be encouraging or discouraging, however you want to look at it.

But...

They have.

They've won five of six.

And they didn't... They messed a little bit with the Padres' playoff chances.

I mean, yeah, they did lose by 17 in the third game of the series.

But I think they also started punting down around seven.

So that is what it is.

And they pushed a team behind them in the overall standings by sweeping the Giants.

So...

Again, it doesn't change who they are or what they are, but it's nice to see some winning baseball.

We deserve to watch a week of good baseball at least.

Winning baseball.

Yeah, I mean, look, he's done, other than the MVP, which Brett won in 1980 and Salvador Perez did not win and will not win one, I'll go on a limb right now and say Salvador Perez will not win an MVP in his career.

He did win a World Series MVP, though, and...
