They're 25 and 25.

And you're 25 and 25 in this AL Central right now.

You're probably two games back.

Maybe you're atop the division.

Who knows?

But you got to start it with this week.

And this week is really big for so many reasons.

I talked about tiebreakers before.

We talk about it all the time now.

they're one and two against cleveland they're oh and three against detroit that's huge because they need to get seven wins before the other team does basically to have that tiebreaker and if this division is going to be tight and i think it will be you you got to get the tiebreaker which means they need to win three or four against cleveland and they need to i think they need to go at least two and one against detroit but it makes it tough if if they have a five and two homestand

The odds to make the playoffs are not going to be good enough to make the bet anymore.

If you're looking at it that way, I feel like they're going to be in the driver's seat if they have a 5-2 homestand, which is kind of, I think, what they need to do to be able to take hold of those.

They wouldn't even take hold of the tiebreaker against Detroit, but to be able to get into a spot where they can get the tiebreaker over both those teams.

Especially early because the way they work is they're going based on what we've seen and what we thought we'd see before the season.

That's a good question.

I don't know that answer.

Look into that.

I'll see if I can find an answer to that.

But 34 games in, they're still OK.

We thought the Royals were going to be good.
