supply, demand, pricing, and trends for over 115 global data center markets on a quarterly basis.

And so I started the business for people like me.

I was out trying to help companies make decisions in this space.

It wasn't organized in the manner that we need to.

And this was, like I said, 12 years ago, and the capital commitments were already high.

Now you look at our industry,

out of this world capital that is needed to fuel what is taking place from a demand perspective.

And so, you know, our data is in the hands of the people, the users, the data center operators that are moving the space today.

And so our team is out there all the time, gathering that data, analyzing it, getting it on our platform so people can make really good decisions.
