First of all, a gap year is something very important.
But I think not everybody needs to go to a four year college.
And and this horrible time we're living in might make us rethink that it might be a little bit less pressure.
It might be sort of more socially acceptable to get certified in coding or get uh not to get a degree, but get specialty in something in six months or a year or two, to go to community college instead of the four year college that your sibling went to.
So
You know, I I I wanna look at the bright side, which is increasingly different difficult as I look at the covet statistics in this country, but
The bright side is that

have not reimagined education in this in this country.
And I'm talking about the again the middle and upper middle class often.
Um, but also for poorer kids, we have not
dignified them and said
Maybe we should y a a gap year of working, of of of getting money, of getting um maturity is a great thing for everybody.
And so I I think we should we ha we face that we have this opportunity now to really
Rethink.
post secondary education.
