But no, look, when you're in the public sector, you accept certain things and you don't do the job for the money.
And the money isn't bad.
I'm not saying that, but you don't do the job for the money.
You do it because you have a fantastic opportunity, and particularly in Ireland.
You know, Ireland as a state, I always describe it to people abroad, we're kind of a benignly socialist state.
Everything touches government.
All the big institutions touch government.
And if you want an opportunity in Ireland, there's not that many companies.
So the semi-state sector is interesting from that perspective.
Now, I'd always worked in the private sector before then, and I'll probably go back to the private sector.
But I really, you know, the public sector gives you a different perspective on business and life.
Yeah, I think I think there are always there's there's always going to be difference of opinion.
You know, I'd say a few things.
First of all, I'm post is 100 percent financially independent.
We don't get any money from government.
It's entirely other semi states you could imagine, unlike some others.
But we don't get any money from government.
And I've always been determined to keep it that way.
It's important that we're self-sufficient because that gives you great independence in what you're going to do.
The management and the board set the strategy and we bring it to government.
