You know, when I started this job, the degree to which government had been shaped by the global financial crash, you know, we have the civil service.
It was a traumatic experience and quite, quite reasonably, they're risk averse.
Right.
But the state is growing at a phenomenal pace.
And we've got to match that pace of growth.
So I think what's really interesting is the state is moving from risk aversion into saying, OK, now we need to build out infrastructure.
Now we need to do the job of completing building this state.
We're still a very young country and we're only halfway through building the republic.
We need to keep building it.
For Unpussed, we've had this journey where now we are one of the fastest growing companies, one of the fastest growing semi-states.
Our revenues are up 18% this year on last year.
Our parcel volumes are up 40%, 4-0%.
I mean, it's quite astonishing.
We were delivering 3 million parcels a week at Christmas.
