Yeah, well, the biggest thing for years with football has always been the ball is only in play on average, like 40 minutes.
So obviously with the throw-ins now, they've changed the ruling on that.
Once the player, if he's deemed as time-wasting, they'll reverse the decision of the throw-in.
And you often see if you watch closely, if anyone's taking a throw-in, the referee's counting him down.
So they're trying to speed up the play.
obviously with goal kicks, the VAR, we've seen that, you know, over the last few seasons in the Premier League, sometimes the decisions take far too long.
