You are becoming the front end of a teardrop.
Yeah, and I think where it's most impressive and where you see the specialists kind of at their absolute just doing what they do is when they're going uphill.
And I think we saw it yesterday.
You saw how Remco Evenepoel was just in that position the whole way up the climb.
And it's being able to do it at those lower speeds, higher torque, higher power really, is where kind of that training comes in.
And I actually saw a piece, saw something this morning where Tom Pitcock was saying he never rides his time trial bike.
And I was thinking, and he did his best time trial he considers ever yesterday.
But that's the difference between the specialists and I say the true pure GC racers.
They spend so much time.
We always see actually Tadej Pogacar, even in that first week in his warm downs, he was on his TT bike.
Yeah, Jonas 2 at the Giro, that's what he was doing.
And so much of it is simply just hours in that position.
Just getting used to it, just allowing your body to be comfortable in it.
But then the amount of training they have to do to actually be able to hold it.
I remember the time trial last year, the mountain time trial.
That was the most incredible thing.
When you saw those specialists going up that 10% climb in the position still, I was like,
oh my God, how are they doing that?
Because that's just, it's one thing to do it at 55, 60 kilometres an hour in the flat.
It's a totally different thing to do it at 30 kilometres an hour uphill.
