What's your turn today?
Churn is a great question.
Churn is something that we spend a fair amount of time looking at.
One of the things that we've begun transitioning as a business has been to really focus on
moving from smaller, lots of smaller accounts to sort of fewer, larger accounts.
And so we sort of see relative churn numbers that are different by customer size.
But our gross churn is sort of a little under 20%.
Okay.
That's gross logo churn annually?
Yeah.
Okay.
And have you, because of expansion revenue and things like that, is your net revenue retention annually above 100%?
No, net revenue retention is below 100.
It has been above 100 over time as company-aged.
When you've got 20% gross churn, that gives you an average lifetime value of
kind of five years ish.
So below five years, um, we had a absolutely positive, uh, net retention, but we're, you know, net maybe, uh, 90 plus percent.
Yep.
Yep.
That makes sense.
