I don't know that at least this administration has ever issued what we would call a full correction to something that they have said.

They may have just gone on to a different narrative a few days later, but I do try to

really dig for the organizations that have those journalistic standards.

And maybe it's wire services like Associated Press and Reuters.

Maybe it's investigative outlets that have a record of either the truth or very quickly addressing when they've reported something that is untrue.

And just find people whose jobs depend on telling you what took place rather than on convincing you of a particular opinion.

I think that that's kind of a good overarching goal.

I think that's true.

And sometimes people will write in and they'll say, David, you're 20 hours behind on this story.

ABCD had reported about it within an hour.

And part of that is just, I have kids and I'm not on my computer 24 seven.

Like I do have other things that I have to do, but I'm not,

Claiming to be the breaking news person who within 15 minutes is necessarily going to immediately give you an opinion.

I think a day, two days, three days as we build up an understanding of what took place and then I can formulate some analysis that maybe is of some value.

That's my lane.

There is the breaking news lane.

It's just I'm not really in that lane.

I think that's true.

And then the other aspect to this is that sometimes...

things are more complicated than the ecosystem maybe rewards or optimizes for?
