My concern is because you can't control what other countries are going to do, any moratoria that you put in place.

In the United States are basically going to be a waste of time because who knows how many other countries, but certainly dozens, if not more, are going to continue proceeding forward and Americans are going to be able to access that.

So for me, it's more about the futility of focusing on let's do the moratorium rather than Trump's instincts about, well, China wants this and China wants that.

It might not be able to do that now, but it learns and it could be certainly able to do that six months from now.

I don't know physically what would be required for quote AI to reverse water treatment and send raw sewage into our houses as drinking water.
