That helps me so much mentally.

I do a thirty minute walk every morning and every single time I have had to there's no sidewalks for mostly where I'm walking it.

And so every single time I have to like move on the side of the road so the car can get through and I'm wait like it's gonna it's gonna feel like winning the lottery.
