Yeah, so we got lucky when we sold the one that we never rented because it was too much work and we got this place.

It already came furnished with all the furniture and everything and and people are renting it out now.

And

It has a very lake house vibe.

Like all the little kitschy like

Live Love Lake and um it's bureau clock signs all over the place and

Uh that is not my aesthetic, but I I think it's a good challenge for me to like try to figure out like how do I incorporate like my sense of style with this fun, laid back, relaxed.

type of thing.

And so

It to answer your question, it is just gonna be one thing at a time as needed because

It's already furnished.

It's already usable.

It's already starting to bring in income.

Not enough to pay the the mortgage yet, but it's starting to.

And

Thanks to our buddy Brian Prusa on a on a trade, I got a bunch of

uh mahogany.

And so the theme is going to be mahogany.

So as I'm replacing pieces of furniture, they're all gonna be mostly out of sepile mahogany.
