Like, I mean, to learn adapt, right?

It's very similar.

And I think it's not just the processing of information, it's the openness to hear the new information.

I mean, this is the one thing I had to get way better at, and I'm still trying to, when I would get any, any feedback from somebody, it was personal to me.

I had to learn and I'm still learning that, hey, that's one person's input.

I get to decide if I think it's true or not.

And if it is, well, then I'm glad I know that so then I can decide if I want to improve that area or not, right?

And so like, you know, that.

I think that, so that's number one is on learning velocity.

Second thing is I think is the learning, I know this is like, is actually learning how to execute.

I think there is craft to it.

There are people that get stuck doing things.

There are people that go off the path and come back.

It is such an underrated skill.

And then the third one are the people skills.

I think how to lead, how to manage, how to influence, how to have a hard conversation.

I think in the world of AI, all those become worth even more.
