I think it's a four part documentary.
And if they're struggling, he's got this like massive library and he'll just go in there.
He's like, Hey, we don't know what we're doing.
He'll take one of the musicians he's working with.
We'll just pick a random book off a shelf, open to a random page and read a paragraph.
And then they'll just talk about the paragraph.

And I think about this maxim all the time.
It reappears throughout entrepreneurship history.
It still reappears for people building companies today.
This comes from the founder of Apple Evans, a guy named Adam.
Adam is probably the best founder no one's ever heard of.
He's running like $170 billion market cap company.
They're going to print something like $6 billion in cash this year, and he's got 400 employees.
And Adam hires the context of this discussion we're having is that he won't if you just have like this normal, you know, you grew up wealthy, you went to great prep schools, you got into Harvard easily.
Like he doesn't hire this kind of people.
He looks for dysfunctional people to have something to prove.
