And once they did that, he goes, then it was our company goal to drive those people out of business.

And you go from, you know, saying my company's worth 4 million to 15 years later, I took my company public.

It's now almost 200, I think the top it went to is like 220 billion.

And he thinks what they're trying to do is he thinks there's a path to like a trillion dollar company.

And he wants to do that by essentially having this like island of misfit toys.

These people that were looked over by other people, they failed over and over again.

They would not be hired by the big firms.

It's a weird company full of unusual business practices.

You have to be an unusual person to thrive in that kind of environment.

And he feels those are the best, the single best employees that you can find.

I mean, dude, me and you have hung out a bunch.
