Is that the future that we want?

Well, I've got to say that these grassroots efforts are absolutely critical if we're going to do what I think.

And what I think we need is we need the Commonwealth government to do a full audit of where Palantir is in our system, like doing an MRI scan, if you like, you know, to find out where the infection is.

And then we should table that public audit, the results of the public audit.

And then we should be going through a process of cancelling the contracts and getting them out of all of our government systems at a minimum.

But how do we get to that point?

You know, how do we get to the point where we force politicians to act?

Well, this kind of grassroots activism where people are finding out that when they're going in and interacting with Coles, actually, it turns out they're also interacting with Palantir.

Well, people should know that.

It turns out that when you explain what Palantir is to people...

they don't want it to be any part of their lives.

They don't want it to be part of their lives when they're shopping.

They don't want it to be part of their lives when they're engaging with the Department of Home Affairs.

They don't want it to be part of their lives when they're talking to the Australian Federal Police.

And, you know, I mean, let's remember what Palantir is.

The name comes from the Lord of the Rings and it was some sort of orb that was designed...

So you could see anywhere on the planet and find out what was happening.

And it was used by the sort of evil Sauron to misdirect people and turn them towards evil.

Like who would name their company after Palantir?

That was a kind of clue from day one.
