I'm gonna give you the top line.
Which is that uh a laminated dough is when you take a relatively lean dough, meaning a dough that doesn't have a lot of fat in it, can have some, and you layer that with pure fat with butter.
And you roll it out, you do a series of folds, roll again, shape, fold, trim, roll, fold, roll, lay down, take that.
You have uh dough that's layered with butter and it bakes up into a very crispy thing because the butter melts, it lets off steam, the steam creates flakes.
Uh that's the top line.
And croissant is probably the most famous and maybe the most delicious version of the lamb we needed.
