It's clear that when a jail like that is full, I say jail, I mean, it's a
you know, detention facility, if you want to call it that.
But there should be, if the courts are clearly sending people towards a place like that and it's full up, it's clear that there's people who should be there who aren't currently.
And that needs to be part of it as well.

But to talk about the trade side of it, why has Trump renewed this interest in Canada?
I think it's partly because that Canada in its fallout from the Trump tariffs have started to cozy up to China and the EU.
And that really angers Trump on a kind of basic political narrative level.
But moreover, it's the idea that, for example,
Canada will now import a lot of Chinese EVs that America has put high tariffs on.
So there will be cheaper EVs on the Canadian roads, not on American roads.
And America is looking at its own car manufacturers and saying, we're going to
make sure that our protectionism extends to Canada.
So we're going to try and elbow... And that

Yeah, and this kind of feeds wider into the kind of the Don Roe doctrine, the idea that the US is trying to now...
do its own elbows up in its own region, including Venezuela, Cuba.
You know, Canada is right on its doorstep.
