Yeah, but come on, in practice, um, while there are genuinely things where it's not quite obvious whether you want to say they're fluids or solids, there's tons of stuff that blatantly are fluids on any reasonable way of making it precise.
And tons of things that are um solids on any reasonable way of making it precise.
You might similarly say like, does the Earth have an atmosphere?
