I think it goes the other way.
I had a farm up to Waverly that I just finally put together, but it was HEL designation, so it's highly erodible land, and they want you to either no-till or strip-till.
And so I had guys that wanted to make offers that wouldn't,
because they want to buy the equipment.
So it devalued the land.
