I mean, especially Redford doesn't claim heroicism, but it makes Paul Newman one of his greatest characters.

I mean, I think that's in, you know, and I don't mean to be sexist about that, but it is like it was that window into that generation and a certain stoicism and a lack of self-indulgence and a willingness to challenge yourself of like the best spirit of that generation.

And it made me think of my dad.

I know it added up to a real portrait of the guy and his brother.
