And before anything else gets clear on why this technology is being introduced, who's it serving and for what purpose, right?

And so again, like the human has to be at the core and

that also requires voice.

And so people need to be in the room before some of these decisions are made and not consulted after.

And so I'm very fortunate enough to have again, the relational capital that I have to be, you know, instantly partnered and reaching out across the aisle to my CTO.

So we are truly building this thing together, um, for this purpose.

And so I think back to the, the, the voice you need trust and,

I think trust that experimenting and being wrong is acceptable.

And so I think again, the underpinning and underlying essence of that statement for me, it's behavioral.

And the cultural readiness has to proceed any degree of technical readiness in order for these things to have any degree of continuity or sustainability.
