Who's in once?
I've never seen it.
I want to talk about toothpicks.
Unflossing.
Um so as I've got older I I've been going to the dentist and I keep hearing about the fact that flossing's really important and um we must um keep our teeth clean and dental hygiene and re re recessive gums.
Yeah, gums have gotten it.
We talked last week about this new toothpaste that you can use that helps with your tooth enamel.
But I um whenever I go to the dentist they go, Are you flossing?
and I'm like, Yeah, yeah.
I've had Invisalign so I've got the wires round the back of my teeth so it's difficult for me to use wire unless it's on the back mm, you know, on the back back teeth.
So I use the T P.
flossing things.
I use orange ones 'cause the gaps between my teeth are quite big.
They come in these quite handy little carriers which are quite discreet that you can take to a restaurant and I will get them out of my handbag and everybody nicks one 'cause everybody's like, Oh my god, we can floss our teeth.
But there are some very, very good reasons why we should floss our teeth after every meal.
So one of them obviously these are the obvious ones, cavity prevention and gum health, and fresher breath.
We all know that food stuck, it can go off, it can make up breath smell.
Gum health is really important, stopping inflammation and bleeding gums and r reducing your risk of gum disease.
But it doesn't say here why gum disease is imp
important to prevent.
