Well, I mean, I think, you know, 2022 was, you know, really sobering for them. matched

And this is a tale of two halves of 2022. matched

You know, in the beginning of the year, they were all trying to capitalize on this soaring travel demand, you know, as the pandemic eased. matched

And they just were way too aggressive that they didn't have enough employees. matched

They didn't have enough people trained. matched

The airports couldn't handle it. matched

The FAA couldn't handle it. matched

So they're just more realistic now. matched

I think that is a positive for passengers. matched

You know, obviously likely still to be some troubles because there's still some issues out there, but they have a more realistic flight schedule now. matched

Southwest is the one that learned the most from this, and they're still learning it. matched

I mean, this was an unprecedented meltdown, you know, and Southwest, what they learned, I mean, they needed to cancel their flights much earlier than they did. matched

They kept thinking they could solve the problem, and it just kept getting worse and worse and worse. matched

Yeah, it was weather. matched

Yeah, the winter weather like that affected all other airlines. matched

But as anybody who was flying before or after Christmas this year knows, all the other airlines, for the most part, recovered fairly quickly and Southwest did not. matched

Their crews and their planes were out of place, and they had to manually match up the crews, and it was just a lengthy process. matched

So they just basically had to cut almost two-thirds of their flying over a few days. matched

One thing we need to note, JR, on Southwest is that there's a major asterisk here in that our rankings, the complaint data and the bag data, is lagging. matched
