If we let ourselves just get pulled by those forces, I don't think it results in anything good.
And I think what's also cool is cleaning stuff up is easier than ever.
Like you think of a new way in the past.
I would realize, oh, there's like a new pattern that we should be using.
And we would just start to use that stuff for stuff going forward.
But it was too much work to clean up all the old stuff.
But now you can clean up all the old stuff.
It's like you can ask the agent to go implement a new pattern everywhere.
It's very easy to clean up tech debt.
It's very easy to like find new patterns and implement them across a code base.
Very easy to clean up like dead old patterns.
And yeah, you're right that there's no like direct result of doing that.
I think you can be a successful company without ever doing that.
The way I think about it is there's a million ways to be a successful company.
There's all these different companies that are successful out there.
If you had your pick of any company you could work for, you probably wouldn't pick 99% of them.
So I want to make sure we build a place that we're happy to work at five years from now.
Our day-to-day is happy.
