And upon their convictions were sent to the state reformatory to be held there until they reached the age of 21.

attending the 92nd Annual Convention of the New Jersey Education Association at Convention Hall in Atlantic City.
To these 6,000 teachers, Mr. J. Edgar Hoover, Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, has sent a message.
His message is also directed to every other school teacher and to every parent in the United States.
