We have almost 1,300 franchisors, and we get reports on a fairly regular basis of,
of the individual state departments of labor looking into the way they operate.
And so far, you know, all of our folks have, it's been fine, but, you know, it's something that we're very concerned about of protecting that independent contractor status of franchisees.

I often kid my colleagues who handle federal work, it's like being run over by a glacier.
The
federal level are very big, but they're slow moving.
I mean, they obviously have much more, their scope is much wider on the federal level, but they move at such a slow rate.
Now, on the states, I often say I have a shot clock of sometimes two months
for legislation being introduced and passed into law.
And with 50 separate governmental entities, our governmental units out there, or 51, including Puerto Rico, that we focus on, that is a compliance issue that a lot of our companies are really concerned about.
And also, you know, the implications.
Take, for example, California, where
It is, depending on who you talk to, if it was its own economy would be the eighth largest in the world.
But then we also have the precedential effect of even legislation passing like in Minnesota or what have you.
